A Case of Huge Osteoma in Frontal Sinus

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of huge osteoma in the left frontal sinus is to be reported with brief review of reference literatures.
The 43 years-old male patient had complained of dull frontall headache and swelling on the left frontal sinus region for about 3 years.
The tumor, 8.3 gm in weight and 3.0 x 2.3 x 2.5cm in dimension, was removed successfully with Lynch´s operation and also diagnosed as osteoma histopathologically.
